Ok, this has cost me most of my hair and might be a bit long winded. I have an ln111r with the button control 4wd. I found the actuator motor on the transfer case to locked up. I purchased a second hand unit and also have a mates one as a tester and fitted but I am still not getting any joy. Main problrem both units when put together and fitted will engage 4wd and disengage once and then the large plastic gear jams. I think on the two alloy "posts" in the actuator case. Also the 4wd control computer (under the stereo) buzzes when you put the button into on position and the power coming out is intermittant. Also the power at the IND wire seems weak. This has been an everynight pulling my hair out job. Has anyone had some experience with this.
