I used cheap 75w-90 from my local chain store for my 2010 4runner limited in 2017. And it is running well. I did same change again this year. My 4runner is 14 years old since I bought it, I didn't see any issue in harsh west Canada 
. so go ahead with any 75w-90, you should be ok.
