Transmission cooler

I had my mechanic install a new transmission cooler in my 2016 trail, now my air conditioner is not cold. What could they have done to mess this up?

That would have been the first choice. Lol but he is closed for the weekend. Just not sure what they could have done that would have affected this.

Hopefully the mechanic didn't cross the transmission cooler line with the AC condenser line, but the mechanic would be the first person I asked. Or...somehow the added heat of the transmission cooler/radiator is located in front of where the AC condenser is supposed to get cool air to bring the refrigerant back to liquid.

Do you have any pictures of the cooler or how it was installed that can shed some light on the issue? You couldn't of picked up a stone shot to the condenser on your way back from the shop for all you know.

Figured it out

WanderMT was right, either they forgot to plug in this connection or it came lose.

This is a wire just in front of the radiator, plugged in back in and nice cold air started blowing. Took longer to take off the cowl.

yes, but you have to manually add the equation for it. Did it on mine and it displays the in and out temps. search around for the equation, i found it here.
