P pebbles02 New member Sep 29, 2013 #1 I have a 1999 4 runner and the flywheel was busted, We dropped the transmission and put a new flywheel own. Should the torque converter turn at all with the transmission on the ground or is it suppose to be locked until the vehicle is running?
