Transmission problem? : shifting from Neutral to drive

I'm just wondering if this is normal for a vehicle with my mileage : 180,000Km, recently did a transmission fluid change (drain and refill), I get a bit of a " jump" or jerk forward when I shift from Neutral to Drive, no issues when driving I've had the same operation before the Trans. fluid change.

Could this be the engine mounts?

Also ( rather than start a new thread ,I searched the brake threads but found nothing about this squeak)

When I release my brake pedal, I get a loud Squeak, , I get this sound even if I use the hand brake alone as well, I'm due for a pair of rear shoes which are worn, and i'm getting slight front vibration when slowing down from speeds above 80km/h.

any ideas?/ suggestions?

The learch when shifting is normal. You'd notice engine mounts at and idle, the truck would be shaking a lot. If you have a clunk or bang then the issue will most likely be U-joints.

As for the brakes, the pads have squeeler tabs on them to let you know when the pads are getting thin. Take the wheel off and take a look at the pad thickness.

I checked the pads on the front and they have alot of life left, a bit more than 1/4" on each

the back shoes are worn on on side so i will change them out, funny how i get that squeak only when i release the brake
