It's just when the truck is moving correct? You may have some movement in the chassis or suspension. I had a similar issue when a tire was going bad and was causing the rear to have a little shimmy. It transferred into the drive train and caused the movement in the shifter. The shimmy, coupled with bouncy rear suspension made it worse.

When you say "transmission bushing", are you meaning trans mounts? Bad transmission and motor mounts can cause vibration and will definetely cause movement. The best way to check these is to have a friend step on the brake for you and run the truck through the R, N, and D gears. ( With the hood open , of course.) Look for excessive movement of the motor. Sometimes it will be necessary to give it a LITTLE gas. If the motor lifts more than say 1.5 to 2 inches, it's a good idea to change them out. You should have 2 motor mounts and 1 transmission mount. Oil leaks from the valve cover gaskets are the number one enemy of motor mounts.
