trd catback installed

So i got my trd catback this morning and just got home from the exhaust shop.

Gotta say its a little different than i expected. not bad just different.

I expected a little more droan and a little louder threw the entire rev range. Low end up to about 2800 is the perfect sound (granted you spend most of your time there anyway) then it almost goes silent till around 4300 and then has almost a ricer sound to redline.
I guess im just used to the sports cars where an exhaust change really changes the sound alot over the entire range.

Im not complaining since the exhaust and install cost me a grand total of $120 just not what i expected.

Ill give it a week or 2 and see how i feel then and if it hasnt grown on me, i may have a brand new (other than the miles driven till then) trd setup for sale.
Ill post again about my feelings on it.

I can't remember what my TRD exhaust sounded like at the higher RPM's, but the lower were awesome. I especially like driving in parking garages. It always sounded amazing in them. Nice find though.

I dont think I have ever heard anyone complain about the TRD catback, interesting. If you decide to sell, ill scoop that up in a heartbeat.

Yeah. Craigslist is great down here..especially if you want a $40 bicycle or some baby clothes. I envy you guys that are closer to a big city and have an active CL.

in time once the muffler breaks in. It will probably get louder.
