TRD Decal Placement

I got my decals in the mail yesterday and planned on putting them on my SR5 today. I noticed most people place them on the back party covering the gas tank lid. Is there any specific length from the back you guys are placing the decals or just whatever looks right to you? Thanks in advance for any help.

I just did them how I thought they looked right, also looked at pictures of others to see where they put them. I think I may have measured a little under the body line.

It's a matter of opinion, but I think it looks right just about a 1/4-3/8inch above the middle line of the fuel door.

Sorry I don't have a pic of the fuel door handy. This is what matches the positioning I am talking about, but on the passenger side

I think it's personal preference as well. The tacomas had a specific spot but since these are on 4Runners you can put them wherever you please.

I more or less lined the bottom up with my limited fenders

I more or less vertically centered mine on the gas cap. To pick this placement I used tape to temporarily hold the paper in place and stepped back to see if it looked like a reasonable location.

I got mine from Crawlorado, I have nothing but good things to say about them.
They were able to make the custom color I wanted (matte black and silver shadow) they shipped fast and have held up great. Plus they are only 18 bucks!

Thanks for the help everyone. I think they came out real sharp. I'll post one for now. For those asking where to purchase. I got mine off ebay for 16$.

These were on my old 4Runner, which was totaled....
I have not yet ordered them for my new 4Runner.
They are the same size that came OEM on the Tacoma, which is quite large but they look goo/proportional once on the 4runner.
