TRD Decals anyone?

There's a guy on Ih8mud.com selling TRD decals for $18 shipped. He sells 2 standard color combinations for that price or will do any color combo you want for an extra $5

Here are the custom colors per PM:
"i have white, black, red, blue, Lt Gray, Dk Grey, yellow, green, silver, Lt Blue, Maroon, Pink, Matte Black, Mettalic Silver, Charchole Metalicand Chrome (Mirror).. all in stock

Choose your main color, and then the Shaddow Color, and i can make them however you want!"

X1002 on this find. LOL

I've purchased multiple set from this ebay seller. They are made of top quality material. I only changed mine out because I was bored with the color and was looking for a different look. Most importantly, there is no prices bumps for different colors. My personal experience with them is they will make any color combo you would like. If your not sure of a color combo, email them, they are very accomondating with suggestions.

I think im going to grab a set, I had a "action toyota " decal on my lid.

So I decided to remove it but I tore up the paint alittle while doing it since the sticker was so old.

I think Im going to buy one of these stickers and place the TRD letters right over my scratch :art:

I originally had the silver/charcoal but I wanted something that popped a little more and actually the silver/red TRD Off Road stickers came on IJM Tacomas.

Imperical Jade Mica is one of those colors on 4Runners that simply stands out. Since posting, the posed question has had me stumped. I'm a visual person and just could not envision/place the different color combos I thought would work.

Seeing is believeing ! The color combo Ron Maiden settled on, works very well IMO and would be my number #1 choice.

Hard not to like it, very nice Mr. Ron

I am going to go out on a limb here and say the best colors for the decal are none... 4runners look better without it. I mean, we don't get the 10hp increase these stickers provide, but I can live with that.

That said, I like the red one Ron's got the most. Especially if you have red calipers, skid plates, or other accents.

I will admit that the sticker looks good if you have a built rig that is already visually "busy", but if you have a close to stock look, I like it much better without.
 
One color/trim of 4runner a TRD sticker doesn't work IMO is the silver/white Limiteds or generally the two-tone schemes.

I wasn't really a fan of the TRD Off Road version of the sticker and I wanted to mimic the TRD 4Runner Toyota should have released and in stock trim the Highlander/Sport is the closest you can get.
Mine has the Faux skid,scoop,taller coils and e-locker which are all TRD pieces plus you steal the Limited's wheels for one cool truck and while the Highlander models seem all over the place they were actually the limited models as far as numbers go,especially the '99s which were only available in black or Jade.
 
Iv been debating on whether to get some trd decals or not. I just cant decide what color would look the best with my anthracite metallic runner.

I disagree, painting the scratch on my trunk lid would cost at least a few hundred to fix . 10$ on a trd sticker and ill be as good as new ! Hehe

Ron, thanks for the pics. Looks awesome. Quick question, are the "red" TRD decals two colors or three? Looks to be red TRD with a silver shadow and the rest of the decal looks silver. Looks good. But can't tell if I'm missing a 3rd color or not.

I just put these on today. Super easy, do it right and it will come out perfect, no air bubbles. Plus it was only $10 for the pair
