what do you mean by "open"

I have Downy headers for 2 years now. I also have a C&N AIR + flowmaster.

Open means, open headers. He means no Muffler/Cat's. He is right on that note. But many Hot Rodders (including us) here run open headers with cutoffs all the time and no problems really.

My TRD headers have cracked 3 different times. Not a big fan at this point.

Interesting???? Any idea why? Have not heard of that too often unless you have some crazy motor and a 3.4 is not crazy even built. Sorry to hear that man.

No crazy engine. The truck goes bouncing down the roads in baja. Getting ready to sell her, if i do keep her, the headers are coming off, and going back to stock
