TRD PRO and 33" tires

I am wanting to put some 33' on my 2015 TRD PRO and am wondering if I have to do anything to my suspension or any other mods in order to get them to not rub or bottom out. I hate to have to have spent money on the TRD suspension only to have to replace it for bigger tires. Any thoughts and advise would be welcomed.

To simplify this, I will make a list of what is needed.

1) You will have to take off all the bilstein shocks and replace with Icon

2) All springs will have to be replaced with larger longer springs

3) You will have to get Koenig Wheels AND Spidertrax wheel spacers

4) Fender Mod

5) Party Mode Mod

6) And you will have to buy some billet cup holders that fit your own coffee cup because the inserts are two small and holders are too big without them


If you bought a trail, you wouldnt have to do anything...

Dont listen to the a__holes about all the ahti pro comments I put 1/2 inch spacer from toytech and 1.5 coils sas in the rear and I am running 285 70 17

I dont have 33s but im running a 305/65/18 and i had to do the fender mod and a BMC not to rub. Im also running a leveling kit till the shocks blow then the Icon stage 3 will be going on

33s you can keep your stock lift. Just will have to trim and heat gun wheel wells plus maybe spacers

I know I know BUT in his defense, the Pro does have a slightly different suspension and he was asking a fit question. Probably thinks it may be a different answer if he'd asked about a Trail or other model.

I have a Pro. I love it. It's not a great big deal but it makes me happy when I drive it.

Right! And this was exactly the danger warned about not too long ago. OP has a legit question due to his different suspension but because of the Pro attitude he won’t get a straight answer.

If the question replaced 'TRD PRO' with 'Bilstein 5100' no drama would have ensued.
