Is there a leather TRD shift knob that will fit the 4Runner that does NOT have the 5/6 sp shift pattern in the leather?

if you do a search u will find one but they run between $85.00 -$125.00 plus shipping. Pretty expensive IMHO vs the manual version which cost half of that price and lower .. I was looking for one a wwhile ago but decided to give up and just wait if someone comes up with a used one for sale
