Just tried. To purchase a trd tranmission cooler from an online place. Just to.a call from a dealer advising me they can't fill my order to too much back orders. Any advise on how to locate one

Possibly google it and buy one from another online seller? Or get a different oil cooler.

From what I've read the TRD cooler is a renamed Hayden or B&M. I'd just buy one of them and save some cash. You pay a bit for that TRD name.

Get a Hayden or B&M and make a "TRD" stencil, tape it to the cooler and spray paint it. TAADAAA! you have yourself a TRD tranny cooler
