I bought my 99 in 2016 and joined the forums to research upgrades and common fixes. One thing that has been popping up pretty often was the TRD or Toyota Racing Development stickers on these rigs.

Was there any actual TRD 4runners? I am confused because I never came across one when I was searching to buy.

I think the first official TRD 4Runner was with the 5th gens.
