I got mine yesterday, zip ties already cut, no packaging beyond the main cardboard box they came in with, instructions have coffee stains, treds scuffed everywhere. Emailed the vendor and waiting on a response. Not mad that they are scuffed, they will be once I use them, just seems like I got a returned Item, used.

I bought two sets which were shipped separately. One set did not have the TRED branded cover on them and the zip ties were cut as well. Although neither of my sets were scuffed at all. Both looked absolutely brand new

vendor contacted tredpro and offered to take the product back, I didn't push it any further and decided to keep them as is. Have to say the vendor is really professional and I am quite happy with them, I don't want to penalize them for something out of their control.

Just got an email from the vendor regarding the tredpro mounts, 3 weeks lead time or get regular tred mount by next week which cannot attach via ubolts....or refund. Decisions decisions.

The vendor doesn't stock accessories due to their lead time. The only items they do stock is the TREDs.

Good to hear they are willing to work with you guys on this.

I picked some of these straps up off of Amazon based on your recommendation. They look like they will do the trick and cheaper with more possibilities for use than Treds recovery straps.
