Trouble codes

I cleaned my very filthy Intake side of my 22re and installing new injectors from LCE and noticed after everything was back together that my idle was rough so after some adjusting and tinkering with throttle, idle, timing, and TPS, well....it just got worse.

I went back to the drawing board and using the instructions from LCE i adjusted the TPS using an ohm meter and i think i have it where it should be now. The idle has smoothed out and the timing is about where it should be but i have almost zero power at all.

The problem im having now is that if you jumper the test connection like to adjust the engine timing it does not drop the engine idle at all. From my understanding once you jumper those connections you should be able to set the engine timing to 5 degrees and when you remove the jumper it should jump to about 12 degrees or so. Well when i jumper mine nothing happens. The only way i know the jumper is making connection is my check engine light turns on.

That leads me to my main question. With everything i have done and trying to get right what does the engine codes mean. I tried understanding the FSM definition of how to decode the codes but im just not quite getting it.

I am getting a code of lights 2, 8, 11

2 fast, a small pause, then 8 fast, then a small pause, then 11 fast.

Can somebody help decipher what those codes mean?

2 = AFM circuit
8 = intake air thermal sensor (part of AFM)
11 = TPS or A/C switch

Check your wiring to make sure everything is connected and no wires are pinched/smashed
