Trouble light

I was removing my cargo area panels with intention to paint them (as they've gone from gray to a greenish color), and after removing the driver's side panel, I find this little sack... Inside is the factory 'trouble light' that plugs in by the fuel door release!

This was the only factory part that should have been included that I could not find... And it's made my day! I was so happy I had to make a post... It seems that most of the 4Runners out there are missing parts like this and the sunroof cover. :bigok:


Also... anyone have any tips for painting those rear plastic panels?

Congrats on the light. As far as the plastic, you might try perusing this website:

The problem will be matching the original color.

I used gray tremclad (rustoleum). About $4.00 a can and it matches pretty well.

I already have 4 different shades of gray, one for the rear plastic panels, one for the vinyl panels in the back seat, one for the trim over the topper bolts, and one for the doors in the panels... I just don't want the rear ones to be the greenish color they are right now...
