Trouble removing Front Rotors with Pacer center caps

Ok so I am replacing the front brakes and rotors on my 1997 4Runner this weekend and I have Pacer wheels I guess as the center cap says Pacer on it. Here is a Picture:

Do I need to remove the center caps to get the rotor off as the rotor is really on there and so far it won't budge! If I do need to remove the caps does anyone know how as I have tried to pry them off a little and they are not budging either.

Any help would be much appreciated.

You try PB Blaster or any penetrating oil? put it around the studs and center. The caps do not need to come off. You tried a rubber mallet if that don't work break out the BFH.

I have tried PB blaster and a rubber mallet so far but I will break out the big hammer......Hammertime! lol
