truck looses power for a second

Well after getting my whole motor swap stuff done everything has been good. I noticed that while cruising down freeway it will loose power for maybe a second then check engine light comes on and another yellow light. Its only happened twice but it happens so fast its almost impossible to see which light it is.

I'd start with the simple stuff, I know you just put her together, but check the battery connections and all that... are you losing power steering and everything?

I checked battery cables they were good. The truck just seems to drop rpms and lights come on but it doesnt die. Not sure on power steering because i was going straight and its so fast its back before I can even see what the lights say.

Yours is an auto right?

Code flash it by jumping the e1 and te1 with a paper clip at the diagnostic port. It may or may not have stored a code. If that doesn't work you might need to get a scan tool hooked up to it and do live data logging to find out what is glitch in out.
