Hmm...Injector poppet nozzle sticking? Try running a bottle of Lucas injector cleaner through the tank. Or replace the injector. Not actually sure if you can take them out and give them a good soaking in some injector cleaner but that may also be a thing to try.

its just not firing, but good news is i got 6 used ones from a 2004 tacoma with a 3.4 for free. so this sat im gonna put them on.

I recommend getting all new o-rings for the injectors and dab a little Vaseline on them to make sure they seat well and don't get twisted while installing them. The o-rings only cost a few bucks and the last thing you want is to have another leak after you put it all back together because you re-used them.

I wonder if #2 was leaking so bad that it was starving some of the other injectors that seem to be fine now? That's the only thing I can think of as to why you were missing on the #1 and 3 cylinders.

actually 3 was never missing i remember the code wrong, but the scope hearing show that 1,3,4,5,6 are all firing normal only 2 is out, but im gonna replace all 6 since the new injectors im getting has more fuel flow than my old ones, and yes im gonna get all new upper and lower o rings since they are cheap.

injector was bad, replace it with new to me used one from a 04 taco. truck is now working like a dream.
