Trying to Add a Picture to my Signature

I am trying to add a signature picture to my account, but I am having issues with this adding. I have tried to upload an image from my computer, and I have tried to add with a URL. Neither will work. When I upload from my computer, after clicking upload, the page reloads and nothing happens. When I try to add with the URL, I am adding from Flickr, and neither BBCode or the physical URL work. It gives me an invalid file notification. I am just wondering what I am doing wrong.

I sent this email over to admin, but I haven't gotten any info. Has anyone else had any issues adding a picture to their signature?

Please keep it small. No one wants to see a massive photo in a signature.

I uploaded it to Flickr. I use it to upload pictures to posts, but I have not been able to make that work.
