Trying to figure out the problem...

I have a 2005 SR5, bought it about a year ago. I've had this problem before, replaced the CV joints once. It seemed to have fixed it, but now I'm getting the same vibration as before (as I accelerate, the vibration happens in the front passenger side), but a lot worse. The boots aren't torn or anything, maybe some minor grease leakage. I'm also getting vibration from the rear, but not as tough as from the front. There's no noise and it only happens when i accelerate through 20-30-40 mph, not when I turn or slow down. Just wondering what y'all think the problem is before I go pay someone to take a look at it. Thanks

Check tire pressure? Maybe irregular tire wear? Alignment? You've probably already checked these but I thought I'd just throw them out there just in case...

I haven't... what would be the signs that it's bad? I thought there was always noise when those went.

Vibration during acceleration is one of the more common symptoms of a bad u-joint. Many other sources of vibration depend on wheel speed, not necessarily acceleration.
