I brought the TSB into the dealer, and the service manager didn't know what it was. And he claimed that it was like a $2,000 procedure (is this true?) and that he couldn't just authorize it without knowing what it was. To me it shouldn't be an issue, since Toyota will take care of the costs. He said he would look into it and call me back the next day. Which was a week ago. I'm going to go to another dealer I think. Need to get the rocking driver seat looked at too.
