Does anyone know if this insert will fit the bezel on a LE trim 4R? Seems to be the same size and shape as all the other models but personally haven't seen an LE rocking the "emblem delete" as a previous poster said... :biggrin1:

I know the OP personally and have for some time now. I can tell you that you are 100% wrong and you pretty much wasted your time writing about it.



Your math is correct if this was a scam, however I can assure you it's not. No, I'm not buying one of these simply because I already have a pro grill. You should also know that the OP spent a lot of his own money, time, effort and dedication to this project. He went as far as buying a pro grill in order to have a template that would make the replica an almost exact match. Yes there are scammers out there and working in the field I work I see it all the time.



I have read this thread since it's inception and I have seen nothing but the OP answer all questions and has been more than accomidating to everyone and their questions.



He is a guy who loves to make his own pieces, heck he even built his own roof rack for his 4Runner.



Lastly, you said it yourself, you have no skin in this since you don't even have a 4Runner. With that I ask, WHY DO YOU CARE?

Good for you and your opinion. When you buy stuff on the internet I'm sure you know nothing about them either. There is always a risk when you buy stuff on the internet. That's why you use safeguards like PayPal.

And yes, he was offended and quite frankly hurt by being accused of trying to scam people. Especially after spending so much time and his own money on it. You're right, he doesn't know anything about the OP and if he was buying one then by all means write the OP a direct message inquiring. As far as other people on the forum, if they are concerned regarding their purchase then they can speak up. I don't believe he is their advocate.

Furthermore, I treated him as fairly as he treated the OP when he posted the ridiculous claim.

Went last night to check fitment and give the okay to proceed with ordering material and do the production run. Will take about 2 weeks to get material in. Then about a week to run and process everything.

Was trying to find best possible deal on the "required grill" insert....
With that, after google n amazon n blah blah blah, in the google results (search part # pz327....) "BAM warehouse" was best bet...no tax n free shipping, plus a boss on here mentioned for BAM a lil 5% code..."TOYOTA" n it dropped to 169 I think...
Besides all that, took +- week, came quick
