All these changes were designed to make the install easier.

The TSO PRO GRILLE COVER will come pre drilled for the letter alinment pins to go into.

The upper grille is aftermarket and looks very very close to the OEM upper grille.

Have a pic of the cover showing the locating holes? Not sure if I want to run the letters or not, and curious how it would look if I were to leave them off or remove them later.

You would not want to run without letter if you get the predrilled grille

Have noticed a few shots on Instagram with the letters black. Assuming everyone is spray painting or using plastidip. Any insights to share? Best option to match the black if going this route? Any plans to provide the letters in black in future? Thanks!
