Tundra back plates

I'm gonna be upgrading to Tundra brakes soon and I'm in desperate need of new back plates, since mine are falling to pieces.

Will Tundra back plates (for the 231mm) bolt to the 4Runner, or should I just replace them with original ones and trim them to fit the new calipers?

The dust shield will fit but will take a lot of work to install.

The cv joint needs to be removed and the hub pressed out.
