Tundra Brake Mod

After weeks of reading, I still have questions on the Tundra brake mod...mostly because all the threads seem to deal with 3rd gen.

I want to get 231mm calipers, but I'm confused with rotors. What rotor size do I need to get for a 2006 with 17" stock wheels? Am I able to keep my original rotors, or do I want to go with something else?

Pads need to be replaced, so I figured I'd do the brake job now. Anyone have a recommendation on where to purchase the calipers?

I can't really help you with info regarding the mod, but on my 88' 4Runner with the 22RE, I swapped the calipers with the ones from a later model V6. I bought the V6 Calipers from Kragen which is now O'Reilly, and there was a core charge. I brought back the old calipers to get the core back and no questions were asked. They opened the box, saw calipers and refunded my core. You could always try that route, they were re-manufactured calipers but still work to this day.
