Tundra Brakes input - Powerstop / Napa Eclipse / Callahan

Looking to do TBU in the next few days. Already have 1.25" spacers for split 6 spoke wheels. Need input for solid parts or BBK available, longevity in mind as my commute is primarily stop/go. Which of these 3 combo :

-Powerstop Z32 BBK
-Callahan BBK
-Nappa Eclipse 13WL Tundra calipers ( XX Rotors / XX brake pads ?)

Also, seeking full brake pad surface to mate fully with rotor

I got used TBU power stop when I was getting other parts from a partout

When it's time I'll put the coated napa rotors on with the premium pads.

Put those parts on my Saturn and love them.

use calipers...Callahan and Powerstop are the same company. and OEM pads and shims. wheelers offroad steel braided lines. and Disc Brake Australia make the best rotors with lifetime warranty

Vote for Callahan here. Had them for over 7 months now with many trips up and over the sierras and no issues. Got the SS lines too.
 
I run the 231mm Tundra upgraded calipers/etc. - Napa Eclipse calipers, OEM Tundra pads, OEM pad shims, Centric blank rotors, and SS braided lines. I do highly recommend the OEM pads. I tried Hawk pads previously, and they did perform well, but dusted terribly.

If I could do it all over again I'd go with PowerStop calipers. I've heard the Napa's have seized up for some people... but that's not my experience so far. I suppose OEM calipers would be best for reliability, but if I recall correctly they were pretty pricey. My Napas have been good to me for a while now so I'm content with what I have at the moment.
 
Napa Calipers with every thing else , rotors, pads and shims OEM .

I've got around 20,000 miles on this configuration with lots of mountain driving
and they are still awesome .

I got a power stop brake kit for my Silverado a couple months ago and called power stop to ask a question and they said their calipers are just powder coated red OEM rebuilt calipers.

My Silverado kit came with slotted and drilled rotors, calipers, pads and shims. So far I like them.
 
Plus one for PowerStop kit.
PowerStop kit is great. Good quality powder coating on the calipers. Carbon Fiber Ceramic Pads low dust and the carbon fiber makes the pads stronger. And the rotor coatings are pretty good for rust prevention.

Other hand, DBA(Disc Brakes Australia) is the rotor company. Amazing products.
 
Don't have any experience with the others but am real happy with the Powerstop. Put them through a pretty good workout coming down some long steep logging roads. Didn't have any issues and they were nice and smooth
 
P.S. Powerstop is owned by Callahan, which is an OEM supplier for some major performance vehicles.

My calipers are reman'd Powerstop ones, which someone else already mentioned but almost all calipers on the market are reman'd OEM ones.

I'm not sure how much you will net, since most if not all of the Ebay listings do not offer a core refund. Most places give you $50+ back if you return your old cores.

Any of those sets have thicker rotors, which is the whole point of the upgrade.

Correct. They still have the factory "13WL" stamp on them, indicating the big 231mm calipers that came on the Tundras.

I'm going on two years on my Powerstop calipers and so far they have been fantastic. I've towed with them as well as raced around with them at 100 MPH (shhh). They are great.
 
I looked at Rockauto for mine and was just about to pull the trigger till I added in shipping. Ended up getting them from Autoanything, much better deal

I just went with a Brake Motiv (PN BM3023659134) pair from eBay. They got here yesterday... I can't wait to install em!

They were $240 shipped (no core refund). Have the slotted/dimpled rotors and premium red painted calipers. I've also heard great reviews on this company
