Tundra brakes on a 2003 SR5?

Came across this recommended upgrade on the FJ forums when researching my next upgrade, brakes. My SR5 came with 319mm rotors and are pulsating. Tundra uses 338mm rotors that are thicker and calipers with 3mm larger diameter pistons. Supposedly a direct bolt on after trimming the backing plate.
Does anyone have this upgrade? Any opinion?
Ive already gone ahead and ordered the StopTech Tundra Z36(2006) kit with calipers and SS lines.
