Tundra Coils and Shock Question

Will these work on an 01 if the rears were paired with an OME coil? If so how much lift would they give and would there be any reservse rake?

Brand new set of OEM Suspension: front Coilovers (Springs and Shocks) and rear shocks pulled off a 2010 Tundra.
They have only seen 1000 Miles on them before they were upgraded to aftermarkets.

Great for direct replacement of 2007,2008,2009, or 2010 Tundra's.
Same part for DualCab, CrewMax, or Standard.

What kind of tundra did those come off of?? You should be looking for a tundra TRD 4X4.......2000 - 2006. I got mine off an Access Cab.......

As for the rear......Landcruiser coils are nice....can pair them up with Landcruiser shocks or some Skyjackers........

I don't think those will work. I think the shocks will line up right on the 4runner. Like fightman said you want to get one from a 2000-06. They can be found and sometimes for a good price. Check out Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market and look for either the strut assembly or coil. I found mine on there and they are in good shape.

The front shocks have that rod on the bottom. 3rd gens don't.

The Tundra TRD coils you are looking for are:

Make sure that you get the color code from him first (paint dots on the coils), Tundra TRD Coils. Left, 48131-AF100 (Yellow/Yellow). Right, 48131-AF090 (Blue/Yellow)
The TRD coils fit:
4wd, access cab, w/off road pkg. 2000 - 2002
2wd Access cab 2003 - 2004
4wd Access cab Left 2003 - 2004

Thanks for the help! I have been trying to read about the Tundra and LC lift but I wasn't sure at what point they changed them so they were unusable for the 3rd gen but now I know!

Gerdo, I still have to find a time to come check out your rig some weekend. Now that ski season is back in full it might have to wait till the spring .

my tundras without a top plate spacer sit about 1.5" lower than my brand new 891s in back.

That's quite a bit lower. A top plate spacer should take care of about 3/4 of an inch lift. Are you running the yellow/yellow and blue/yellow TRD coils or are you running something different? How many miles were on your Tundras when you got them.

Yeah, didn't expect such a difference to be honest. I will be picking up a spacer soon. Also, my 891's from what I hear will settle, so when all is said and done, it might be more like an inch difference. I am running yy/yb coils, but as for miles, I have no idea. They were on gerdo's 4runner before mine
