Tundra Front Struts Compatible?

Sorry I've been searching everywhere and can't tell if these are compatible. I know the front struts from a 2000-2006 access can tundra are what we want for our 4Runners, will these work?

what are you trying to accomplish?

FWIW i wouldn't go that route. If you're trying to save some money just get a new set of cheap-o Monroe's or something but for a 4runner.

The Tundra struts are really only for lift, and no way would I choose something no name like those.

Im trying to piece together the cheapest lift I can and have it be decent, I don't want coil spacers or a rough country kit so I figured I could use the tundra struts up front. I'm lining up a deal on some lc coils for the rear but I need some struts for the front.
