Tundra Tie rods, will they fit?

Hello Everyone,

I have got 97 Toy 4runner.My right side tie rod started to make noises, recently.I have changed them both about 10K miles ago.So not a long time has passed since maintenance.Considering the fact,that tundra parts are more rigid and durable I wonder whether I can fit inner tie rods from tundra to my T4R. Any experience or advice would be helpful.

Just FYI, I carry massive steel bumper with 12.000 winch, OME 882 + tundra bilsteins 5100 in front, LC80 coils + LC100 rear shocks in rear.

I have already installed Tundra brakes,Tundra front Shocks (Billie 5100) and tundra swaybar links (T4R links had habit of breaking every now an then while offroading).

So, what do you think will inner tie rods form 00-06 tundra fit my car?

Nope, the Tundra tie rods are longer than the 4runner ones and shouldn't work. Did you replace yours with OEM?

yep, I bought them as OEM from local shop, cost me a thing.Anyways, what is the life span of them, in normal conditions?

As I am low on budget, I have to try 3rd party tie rods for now.I have got 3 options: AC delco, Magnetti Marelli and Beck/Arnley.
Which one would you suggest?
