Tundra TRD Springs / Bilstein 5100's, OME 890's in Rear - Slight Issues

Awhile ago I did the TRD front springs, OME 890 rears / Bilstein 5100's all around, and for the most part I like it. Since then I have added a Warn M8000 winch and ARB front bumper. Truck still sets relatively level, and offroad performance is good (don't really have anything to compare it to but stock).

My question is - I am having some creaking from the front end, most noticeably the front-driver's side when flexing / working the suspension. I'm thinking it's either a byproduct of throwing parts on there that aren't meant to be on there (Tundra Bilstein 5100's and Tundra TRD shocks), or that it's just a normal byproduct of an aftermarket suspension.

I compressed both sides myself, and had to orient the springs a few different ways before I got a configuration that I believe does not hit the UCA at full droop. I have Tundra top-hats also.

I'm basically wondering if anyone else's suspension creaks like this, or if I may need to go in and take a second look. Or if I can just WD-40 some areas and maybe that'll help?

Truck got a full alignment immediately after the suspension was done. I've been hearing these noises since I did the front suspension.

My sway bar bushings and steering rack bushings have been replaced with ones from Energy Suspension (polyurethane). Sway bar end links were replaced fairly recently (within 15k), and I know the driver's side one is not fully tightened. Problem is, when I try to tighten the nut, it just spins and spins. If I want to remove it, I will literally have to take a Saw-Zall to it.

I have the same exact setup. I could have sworn I used 4Runner tophats with the tundra isolators.

The nut on the swaybar should be able to be tightened with an allen wrench in the bolt part. Mine was loose and was making noise until I tightened it up

I may have too, actually, come to think about it. I remember having to buy something that would fit the Tundra - maybe the rubber spacers? Anyways, I already replaced the sway bar links with ones from Napa (twice, actually), but they don't have the hex-key fitting at the top. You have to use a 12 or 14mm wrench to hold the shaft in place, while you turn the nut. Problem is, when I turn the nut (and the shaft is not spinning), it doesn't tighten. It's like it's stripped! Can't loosen it, either. Probably going to have to cut it off and get another one from AutoZone, because I think that one has the fitting.

What can I use to grease the bushings? White lithium? Or just whatever kind of spray lubricant I have in a can?

I'm guessing you didn't grease the poly bushings before install?

Im thinking bushings too, how much movement are you getting out of your (I assume) stock UCA's? The bushings on all the OEM parts are probably warn out and if you didnt grease upon install then that is aiding to the noise as well. You have an ARB front bumper which is weighing it down as well im sure the weight on the front end is playing a part in this too.
