Turbo Charging

I have a 1994 2.8 diesel 4runner and am wanting to put a turbo in it. The body has done 280k kms but the a reconditioned engine was put in 50k kms ago. Any thouhgts? Will the engine cope? how should i do it? Where should i get parts? (i live in Sydney Australia btw)

Since we don't have Toyota diesels here in the US, don't expect much response.
There is a small Toyota forum called ToyotaFans.net that has a lot of Aussie/NZ members, you might give that a try.
