TurboGauge IV?

I know the ScanGauge II is popular but it's expensive. Has anyone tried the knockoff SainSpeed TurboGauge IV, about $70 on ebay or the Scangauge E for $95?

Well I won an auction for the TurboGauge IV on ebay so it looks like I'll be the first to report on it, when it gets here from China.
