Tweaker blinker

Anyone have tweaker blinker issues after installing the ARB fog light kit to the stock fog light wiring?

All of my bulbs are in good shape and half of them have been replaced so I know it's not a bulb issue. I was just kinda wondering if the ARB fog light kit makes an overall different resistance in the system and making it blink really fast...???

Any input?

bump... anyone install any aftermarket bumper and use a fog light kit run into these issues?
