I would not set the front any higher then 3", if you don't know what 3" is, then adjust so you have a 1" rake. The front 1" lower then the rear and adjust the fronts side to side to level the front out.

On a side note I barely had any rubbing when turning truck around. Will check but I think it was scraping lightly on the mudflap.

Also need to get inside and route the wires and switches for my seat heaters but can get that done another time later this week as I want to rest up from this round of install before I tackle anything else.

Well, I decided last minute to install them so I had to use what my katzkins installer had which was a set of Rostras for a Camry or Corolla. I think you can find them on Amazon pretty cheap though. Only thing about the ones I had installed was they were a little shorter than the universal models so I don't have quite as much coverage. Regardless I had to go with what they had since they were installing the covers that minute.

Not in front of it but it is something like 10 rivets and 10 bolts per side.

Check out post 174. All but 1 bolt goes into the pinch weld. The only one that doesn't is in the rear most spot on the top and it goes through the rocker into the rear wheel well.

LOL. Yep. They are for my wife. Only time I'm likely to use mine will be if my back hurts on a long drive, but I'll have to run the air on high to stand it.

Ah I see. I found a set on Amazon that has some great reviews, 4.5 stars with over 100 reviews. They don't have the nice roller switches but that can always be changed.

Mine only have toggle switches with either low, off or high options.

Just measured and got the following measurements. (Center of axle to bottom of wheel well fender flare)

Drivers front: 22 7/16 inches
Drivers rear: 24 3/16 inches
Passenger front: 22 3/16 inches
Passenger rear: 24 1/16 inches

Based on your response I could raise the front by 1/2 to 3/4 inches to get the 1 inch rake and then level the front side to side.

Now that I've used this a few times while working on my runner my current opinion is that it's too bright. I have a hard time positioning it so that the light spill isn't just blinding me. I feel like a dimmer light would work better for up close work and this sucker would do better as a broad area flood light. Shame it doesn't have a few intensity power settings. Anyway, just wanted to give some feedback.

So this morning I pulled the truck out and started measuring again and the measurements were all different. Discovered that if I hop up and down on either slider I could make the measurements change and the truck lean. Guess that's the kdss system at play. Also depending on where I parked the measurements changed so I said screw it and left the coilovers where they are and headed to get alignment. Waiting for alignment right now.

Basically my measurements from yesterday are close but as mentioned they change up or down anywhere from a few 16's to as much as 1/2" depending on the things I mentioned above.

After alignment I will reassess the measurements and will decide if it needs adjustment or if I just wait for skids, bumper and winch to be mounted.

Are you rubbing anywhere? If you aren't rubbing and it is driving straight I'd probably leave it as is. I think the main reason to push the caster out more is to help with rubbing. Things are going to settle too. I had to raise my driver side over 1/4" after about 5k miles to even things up and because it started rubbing the mud flap at full lock. If it's driving good I'd probably leave it and wait for things to settle for a few thousand miles then readjust if necessary.

Only place seems to be full lock down a hill. Should be able to deal with that easy enough.
