I've always had good luck with Spicer u-joints on both my daily driver and weekend wheeler vehicles. The u-joints in the driveshaft are fairly easy to replace. Make sure to mark the orientation of the shaft with respect to the mounting flange (so you can reinstall in the same position). Removing and installing the u-joint can be done with a socket and a large c-clamp, but one of these sure makes the job a bit easier:
