UBJ replacement - press-in

Hey guys! So, I've performed loads of searches and could not find a specific thread regarding pressing out and pressing in a new UBJ. I have the tools and already possess the new parts, but was hoping to find a thread on it. I see a lot of them regarding LBJ... Does anyone have any photos, steps (I've replaced some before, but not on a 4th Gen T4R).
