UCA's

Thanks for the feedback and pic, they defiantly look like they belong there. So the DK's will make the alignment tech happy? My last alignment on stock UCA's FWIW.

Didn't have any problems aligning. I was able to get 5.4driver and 5.7passenger caster with everything else in spec. I'm on a 2F\1R lift and wanted to clear 33s on 17x8 -10 offset wheels

Dobinsons

I’m running Dobinsons UCA with Stock TRD PRO rims. Still stock 265/70-17 duratracs for now. Going to run Cooper AT3 or ST MAXX soon. Choice the Dobinsons because they are maint free and are tough. They look great and I wanted an UCA that was same building as my lift.

i'm running Freedom Offroad UCA's!!

So far they're great, we'll see how they handle -30 to -40 and salt/sand of a Winnipeg winter.

The Ironman pro forge UCA is a great option. Really impressed by them. I ran SPC on my Tacoma, never was impressed with them. I’m running about 2.25” front lift and achieved 4.7 degrees of caster.

I have always like the DK option but these Ironman UCA looks so nice. All one piece forged aluminum is a step above most tubular options in my opinion. Do you know exactly what ball joint they put in these (part number)?

I think the JBA's appeal to a lot of people because the price is good, but they really do need to add some inner and outer clearance where their ball joint mounts. I've seen lots of 4Runner and Tacoma guys have clearance problems between the arm and the bigger/thicker/wider coils from Dobinsons on the struts.

I've seen those Ironman forged UCA's crack right by the ball joint. It must have been a once time thing as I haven't seen anyone else report issues with them.

I like the Dirt King options too, which is why I offer them for sale alongside Dobinsons.

Do you have wheel center to fender measurements?

I was aiming for that same height when I had a shop install coilovers and these UCAs last week. Unfortunately, I didn't take those measurements before having everything installed and I believe I'm sitting close to 4" higher. The shop wasn't able to get a very good alignment with that much lift. Trying to figure out how much to adjust / hope they'll settle so we can get a better alignment.
