Undercoating Fouling ABS Sensor?

I just plastered my frame and rear axle with POR-15. Now my ABS lights are on. Is it possible I was too sloppy and fouled a speed sensor? If I did, could it be cleaned by a mechanic or would I need to buy a new set of speed sensors.

I can't imagine that Por would have caused the issue, the ABS sensors are plugged into the axle pretty tight and then they have a rubber O-ring seal, check your brake fluid level and taillight/brake light bulbs, including your 3rd brake light, all of these can trip your ABS and it may be coincidence rather than causation.

Also go to a box auto parts store and have your codes read or if you really like doing your own thing buy a bluetooth OBDII scanner and torque for your phone of amazon. Mine works great.

When I looked at the spped sensor wires, it looks like I nicked one of them with the wire wheel when I prepped for the por. It looks like everything is still connected, but the insulation is definitely breached and I can feel some wire with my fingers where the cuts in the insulation are. That might light up the ABS on the dash, wouldn't it?

Yeah... That would probably do it, I'd still double check you easier cheaper fixes as I mentioned before first. If worst comes to worse:

Torque won't read ABS codes, as far as I know; they are not OBDII. You need Techstream for that.
