I think Dayco make some performance pulleys for toyotas. Not sure if they are true underdrive or just lighter. Either way, you'll gain some horses.

i saw those last night when i was looking for them, but couldnt find an actual underdrive pulley... my neighbor told me i should get one because the t4r doesnt have enough horseys to spin tires from a stop going straight.....:(

Why do you need to spin the tires in an SUV?

edit: why do you need to spin the tires in anything. IMO don't buy something just so you can do burnouts. It'll end up costing you more money in tickets and tires.

Tell your neighbor that underdrive pulleys will only get you about 2-3 more hp, hardly enough to mean you can do burn outs at every traffic light. My 4Runner does great burn outs offroad, which is where its designed to perform. Its an suv, not a muscle car.
What you (read: your neighbor) want is a supercharger.

we were just messing around, i dont do that when im driving around town... we were on my street, seeing if it would do it. i thought about a supercharger, but i cant afford to spend that much....

It sounds like that pulley isn't worth it.

If you look on Youtube you will see 4runners doing burnouts.

Off road or even on gravel or grass is where it's at though. It's really fun to spin out, doughnut, whatever you want to call it.
