Uneven tire wear

So I've had my 35's on for almost 6 weeks and have noticeable tire wear on the right front tire. Alignment was done and as close to factory spec as possible and the tech said there would be no tire wear with where it's set at. Looking back not sure I trust anything he says since he forgot to torque my lug nuts and 4 were almost off.

Anyway, I filed a claim with Goodyear and they need tread depth measurements before they make a decision. Just wanted to see if anyone has dealt with this before? I know tire wear happens but I'm talking like 50% gone in less than 6 weeks? Not sure if they'll cover it

Ehhhh.... I think its the alignment and less of the tire. I've stressed this countless times on this forum, but its very important to take your truck to a front end specialist.

It takes some research sometimes, but find a shop that only does alignments... You'll most likely be spending more money, but its worth it in the end.

I've had bad luck with tire/repair shops that do alignments. The guys there aren't usually lifted to lifted trucks or don't know exactly what they are doing.

I'm just hoping they can do a good faith replacement or something like that. Just spent a lot on these and have barely had these mounted over a month and the tire is just worn pretty bad for the amount of time I've had it.

Well goodyear is doing a good faith replacment on two of the tires! Awesome. I only have to pay for mount and balance.

That is great they are standing behind them even though it doesn't sound the problem was really with the tires. Now you just have to find a better place for an alignment.
