Universal Joint, rear shocks, rear bumper

yesterday at 160,000 miles and change I had to replace the "universal joint" because the T4R was squeaking while driving, and also the rear shocks. It drives like a new truck!!! The front shocks (struts) are still OK after 160,000 miles!
My ladyfriend made a big booboo and put a dent in the rear bumper. I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions how to fix this, or even what the part is, as it's not the entire rear bumper piece that's damaged. Please see the attached pic:

You're best bet is to replace the whole center section being that it's a painted bumper.
