Unknown screw from tailgate door

Hi,

who can help me with this??
I heard some rumbling inside my tailgate door.
When I removed the panel, I found this screw flying around.
Although I carefully looked, I couldn't find a location where it could fit/ was missing.
Does anybody know by chance where this screw belongs to?

Looks like a window regulator screw.
