Unlock Nav/ DVD in motion/ Back up camera module needed

Hi everyone, I'm fairly new to the site. I've searched for this topic and haven't had much luck. So here goes. I have a 2008 Limited 4Runner w/Nav, JBL system & sub-woofer. I found a website at toyota-4runner.org where he installed 3 swtiches where each one can be flipped indivdually so you can watch a DVD on the stock head unit, another switch will activate the rear camera while in motion so you can see what you towing etc, and the other switch is to unlock the navigation. I've tried to purchase the one module he has for sale to unlock the nav control. I would like to purchase the other two modules, but can't find them. Does any one know where i can purchase these items? Thank you

1. Module to unlock navigation controls
2 Module to watch DVD while in motion thru stock head unit
3 Module to view rear camera while in motion
Info or website where i can get the items needed to accomplish this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

check ebay for the bypass for it, no company will make this part because it is illegal almost everywhere, careful out there if you decide to use it.

Not sure about the stock JBL unit, but no matter what kind of switch you install, if it is a double din GPS/DVD unit, it's going to use the GPS signal to determine if the car is in motion. A switch probably wont do anything.
