up graded ball joints and tie rods?

hey all, I wanted to replace all my ball joints and tie rods when I do my lift so Im wondering if there are any aftermarket/stronger ball joints and or tie rods for these early ifs rigs? I know Moog makes them but I was thinking more off road specific

Stick with OEM.

Agree, Toyota OEM is the best there is.

I'd echo the other sentiments, but add an addendum. Factory Toyota is probably best, but if not, stick with parts made in Japan. There is a "ton" of china made parts out there, and they are garbage. The Japanese use much higher grade steel, and their casting ability is far and away better then China. Many of the higher grade Japan made front end parts for the 4runner have disappeared off the market and replaced with China stuff. So, due caution.

So if you cant get the high end japanese stuff, is Moog an option? Its all we used in the fronts of our big diesels and they held up 8000lb trucks on trails wonderfully, plus an excellent warranty and made in USA to boot. Im new to the T4R's and Im used to buying all AC Delco, Dorman, or Moog stuff for previous vehicles.

I ran Moog stuff on my '00 X and my '86 4Runner without any trouble.
