UPDATE+transmission problem?

okay so i parked my truck for the last several months while rebuilding the front end. have new 4 balljoints, new lower controll arms with custom welded shock mounts fitted with skyjacker hydro 7000s. new auto hubs and an alignment. i have the front diff removed and has been rebuilt new cv shafts, mountring hardware, fluid change exct.


now, my tranny. when accelerating at any speed, it shudders/shakes so bad i cant see my mirriors clearly. when i reach highway speeds and just cruise the shaking stops.

however when i release the accelerator its gets horrible for about 2 seconds, then it stops and is smooth as ever until i accelerate again?? any help id really appriciate!

have trans filter fluid and lucas stop slip ready to throw in soon as i get a day off. any pointers as far as doing this? thanks guys!

Check your driveshaft u joints for play.

That'd be my first guess.

My guess too.

I just had both of my universal joints replaced even though only one of them was bad.

checked my driveshaft..even took it off cleaned it and put it back on. no play in joints..

okay so i have replaced both u joints, had driveshaft rebalanced, and still no luck. also, when i put her in gear she jumps foward/ bakward even when mashing the brakes..transfer case problem?and still vibrates. bad at take off, then fine between 20 and 40 mph, over 40 and decel vibrates hard for about 4 seconds, then its fine until i stop and take off again..?
