Upgrades, options, what would you do?

I just wanted some input on what mod project you would choose to do to your 4runner. Unfortunately I have a shoulder injury that may require surgery. I'm selling my KTM 250 XCF since I probably won't ride this year and it really bums me out!

Here are my options and yes I have done some research. These are higher dollar projects. I've already done the FJ coils, DS spacers and 5100 shocks. I also have some low mileage Cooper ATP's in the 265/70-17 flavor wrapped around nice wheels. I'm happy with the ride and stance.

Option 1-
I could go full exhaust stem to stern. It seems the URD Y-Pipe, JBA shorty's and adding a Flowmaster 50 SUV would be the route I'd take. From what I read just adding a 50 series won't do much. That would open up the exhaust, give a decent sound and have some benefit on the 4.0 V6. I'd also hadd the URD MAF calibration with a better air filter and the delete in the airbox.

Option 2-
Creature comforts on the sound system. I'm running the non-JBL system. I looked at adding a Pioneer DVD HU with Bluetooth and navigation. Follow that up with 6.5" components up front, decent mids in the rear doors, a 10" sub in the back and a 4 channel amp. I had a nice system in my old Dodge Ram and I'd love to add nav and bluetooth to the 4Runner.

Option 3-
While I'm happy with the lift and tires, it could be better. My friend is looking to lift his 2010 Taco. I could make him a good deal on my low mileage tires. From there I could do a ToyTec body lift, another set of wheel and move up to 285's. That would give me more lift and I'd like that. Of coure my mileage would get a little worse and take some power away. There's a little more sway and roll than I'd like, so I'm going to upgrade the sway bushings and end links.

I'm planning on doing my brakes with high quality blanks and pads. I'm also getting the transmission serviced, radiator fluid changed and other 100K plus service complete. There's also some other weekend upgrades that I'll get some regardless, such as interior LED's, seat covers and Husky liners up front.

Please let me know which project you'd tackle. I'm curious to learn what others have done and their experience with the exhaust results. Either way I go, it's always fun to improve these great 4Runners!

I am all about having the best suspension you can get. Then add some quality tires. I look at in the sense that my truck is never going to be quick. so spending $$ on all the exhaust parts that are still functioning us tough for me, now if you have bad cats that is a different story.

Thanks for the input so far. The 4runner has about 105k, give or take. I'm pretty happy with the suspension upgrade from last summer. I know that this is not and I do not intend on building a horsepower beast. I just want a little improvement and a nice exhaust note without going overboard.

I had looked into a URD supercharger kit. It was very tempting, but can't really justify the expense. I'd just go buy a sports car if I wanted that power. This is my DD and I don't pull a travel trailer right now either.

I don't do any hardcore off-roading, or I'd get some other coils. Although we are probably going back to Moab in September. I plan on some light or reasonable off-road tours then.

If the exhaust and URD is worth it for the performance, I'm leaning that route. I've got at least $1200.00 planned in my budget for whatever direction I choose.
