Deckplate mod

I haven't worked on an automobile in 20 years or more and was able to do the deckplate mod in about an hour with a $6.95 deckplate from ebay. The toughest part was getting a couple of corroded bolts out.

the hardest part I think is making the circle for the deckplate. However, you can get a circle maker from any local hardware shop, or even better a harbour freight tools center , and itll set you back about 5 bucks, but well worth it.

Im in SC and I live near a lake.
